To David, God revealed a little more about his plan to regain the earth. He promised that one day David’s seed, who will also be God’s son, will sit on David’s throne in Jerusalem and rule over Israel forever. Once this happens, they will dwell in the land promised to Abraham forever, and God’s kingdom will be established on the earth forever.
