BIBLE CLASS 78 | CHAPTER 7: 01 – 8:4 | അപ്പോസ്തോലപ്രവർത്തികൾ | THE ACTS OF THE APOSTLES
The leaders of Israel had rejected God the Father by rejecting the ministry of John the Baptist, “a man sent from God.” They had rejected God the Son by calling for his crucifixion. Now they were rejecting God the Holy Ghost by persecuting the apostles and disciples who were filled with and speaking by the Holy Ghost. This “blasphemy against the Holy Ghost” Jesus Christ had said would not be forgiven. Their “blasphemy against the Holy Ghost” culminated with the stoning of Stephen, who was “full of the Holy Ghost” (Acts 7:55). As he was dying, he looked up into heaven and saw Jesus standing.
