The water baptism given in the Old Testament and in the New Testament are Jewish baptisms according to the Law and the promises given to their fathers. This video specifically explains the baptism of Cornelious mentioned in the Book of Acts, Chapter 10. In this chapter Cornelious is not becoming a Christian by taking water baptism but he is becoming Jewish Proselyte who believes in the kingdom promise and look forward for the second coming of Christ as a King.
